Ford Cortina Mk1/2 Gaz (Turreted) Coilover Kit

This Gaz coilover kit for Cortina Mk1/2 (not Lotus model - please call) is a full coilover kit for cars with turreted rear. This kit comes with full height and damping adjustable coilover front (we will need your cars front struts for the stub axles). The rear in this kit is also full coilover height and damping adjustable coilover.

Dampers are built with shortened damper bodies and piston rods to give a ground scraping stance on full drop and offer full height and damping adjustability, ideal for setting up the car for the exact handling characteristics you desire.

Gaz coilovers are covered by a two year warranty and come zinc plated for maximise corrosion resistance. All kits come complete with dampers, race coil springs and a height adjustment tool. A course acme thread is used on coilover bodies for ease of height adjustment. The springs and dampers are matched perfectly so your car will not feel harsh or crashy and will have much greater control through bends and over bumps resulting in better grip and handling.

We are happy to offer advice on spring rates depending upon vehicle use and specification and have the units built with springs rates and damper valving to suit your needs (at no extra cost) or simply specify your own spring rates and we will have the dampers valved to accommodate.
