LIFETIME WARRANTY

Mishimoto Performance (MP), warrants all of its products under its 'no questions asked' limited lifetime warranty policy. Regardless of the defect in product, Mishimoto will replace the original product. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer.

A trained professional should install all MP products. Any issues with compatibility or installation should be addressed before attempting to install the product.

The purchaser's remedy for breach of this limited warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, is expressly limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts. All products returned for warranty consideration must be returned to MP with all transportation expenses prepaid.

MP shall not be responsible for damages to its products or injury to persons using the products in any manner that would constitute improper operation, including but not limited to: incorrect opening of radiator pressure caps, burst hoses, unintended application or usage not intended by MP, negligence, improper installation, or any other use that may cause damages or injury. MP shall not be responsible for injury or harm to persons or property when caused by persons or vehicles using its products.

Accident Protection

Mishimoto, under its no questions asked warranty policy, will provide a warranty for all claims including vehicles involved in accidents. Warranty claims must include pictures of the accident and an official police report, and must be within three months of the accident.

Fitment Disclaimer

All Mishimoto products are engineered to fit with OEM applications, as well as other Mishimoto products.

Mishimoto will not be held responsible for fitment issues caused by attempted installation of additional aftermarket parts. This includes, but is not limited to, performance parts and any other non-OEM replacement parts. Fitment with different brands cannot be guaranteed.

Furthermore, Mishimoto will not be held responsible for fitment issues caused by an accident. Many times, clearances needed for installation are very strict. If a vehicle has been involved in a front-end accident, available space for a product such as a thicker aluminum radiator may be compromised.

2001-2005 Dodge Neon-4 Aluminum Radiator Guide

1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.

2. Remove the five 12mm bolts and the four pops.

3. Raise and support the vehicle using jack stands.

4. Drain cooling system below upper radiator hose level.

5. Remove the lower fascia close out panel.

6. Disconnect radiator fan electrical connentor (Radiator Fan Connector), located in bottom center of fan assembly.

7. Remove the charge air inlet tube and loosen the PCM with bracket assembly.

8. Remove upper radiator hose.

9. Remove air cleaner housing assembly (only if you are using the stock air intake).

10. Disconnect the air conditioning suction hose retaining bracket to front core support and set aside (located on passenger side of radiator).

11. Remove upper radiator fasteners (Radiator Fan Assembly).

12. Move the cooling system fan assembly to siconnect the engine harness connected to the fan bracket and pull put the fan assembly separate from the radiator.

13. Carefully pull out the stock radiator.

Installation Instructions

1. Bolt fan assembly to the Mishimoto Radiator.

2. Tighten the drain plug.

3. Carefully lower Mishimoto radiator into vehicle.

1. Install all components in reverse order of radiator removal.

2. Add coolant to the car via the thermostat housing; make sure the heat is on full power with the car running to let air bubbles work themselves out.

3. Lower car and you are ready to go with your new Mishimoto High Performance Aluminum Radiator.
